Investment tool
The project consisted in developing an application that allows BioMérieux’s Investment Department to manage their investment plans and projects, to synthesize and export the data to enable an accurate and detailed analysis of the needs of each department and sub-department.

Problematic
The Investment Department carried out the management of the investment requests with classical office automation tools (Excel files). This approach required manual entry by the different departments, then centralization of all requests. This mode of operation proved tedious and led to errors. In order to optimize this process, the department decided to develop a specific tool allowing :
- A single entry of investment requests
- Unified management of plans and projects
- Propagation of information to the services concerned
Mission statement
Development of a client-rich application including :
- Screens for entering and consulting information on plans and projects
- Synthesis interfaces
- A customization and configuration interface
Organization
For the realization of the project, 2 persons have been allocated :
- 1 project manager and functional manager
- 1 development engineer
This contract was executed entirely with Tana Corp resources dedicated to the project.
